About Me

Hi, I’m Liza — basically your operations superhero in disguise.

I’m the “get-it-done” person you call when things are on fire—or preferably right before that. With over 15 years of experience keeping teams organized, efficient, and marginally less chaotic, I’ve handled everything from admin sorcery and HR wizardry to project coordination acrobatics and marketing mischief.

I don’t just manage processes—I automate them. Using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Process Street, and other no-code magic, I help teams ditch the busywork, streamline their systems, and actually enjoy getting things done.

I’m fluent in Excel (nested IFs, dynamic dashboards, and the occasional VBA spell), and I speak Monday.com, ClickUp, and automation tools like they’re second languages. Dashboards? Sharp and shiny. Inbox Zero? Always up for the challenge..

When I’m not streamlining systems or taming unruly processes, you’ll probably find me scuba diving, freediving, traveling somewhere new, or trying to paint something that doesn’t look like a happy accident.

Travel keeps me inspired.

I’m always chasing new experiences—whether it’s getting wonderfully lost in a city I can’t pronounce, exploring a sleepy village, or bargaining my way through a bustling local market. I’ve wandered across the USA, Canada, Australia, New Caledonia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand (to name a few), and every trip has left me with a new story—and sometimes a new process.

Travel fuels my creativity, broadens my perspective, and reminds me there’s always more to learn (and eat). It’s also taught me how to adapt fast, stay organized on the go, and never underestimate the power of a really solid checklist.

Underwater is my happy place.

When I’m not in deep thought of process improvement, workflows and automation, I’m deep in the ocean. Scuba diving and freediving are more than hobbies—they’re how I recharge. There’s something magical about the quiet, the rhythm of your breath, and the feeling of floating weightlessly while surrounded by coral and sea life.

Diving reminds me to stay calm, observe carefully, and adapt quickly—skills that happen to translate pretty well into business operations too.

(And yes, I’ve been known to plan a dive trip with the same precision I use to automate your workflows. It’s a talent.)

When I’m not building dashboards or creating process workflows… I’m painting.

Painting is my reset button. It’s where I trade spreadsheets for brushstrokes and automations for imagination. Whether it’s a splash of abstract or a quiet landscape, I love getting lost in colors, shapes, and textures.

It reminds me that even in operations—where structure and logic reign—there’s always room for creativity, intuition, and a little artistic flair.

(Plus, mixing paint is way less stressful than mixing formulas.)
