With 15+ years in ops and business support, I’ve done a bit of everything—Operations Support, Admin, Executive and Personal Assistant, Project Coordination, HR, Bookkeeping, Sales, and Marketing. Basically, if it needs doing, I’ve probably done it (and made it better because I love automating stuff).

I speak fluent Excel, build workflows in Monday.com, ClickUp, and Asana, and automate the boring stuff with Zapier, Airtable, and Process Street. I’m also comfy in Salesforce, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Procore, QBO, Xero, and more.
